CANCELLATION POLICY

I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. •48 hours’ notice: No fee. I’m happy to help you find a new appointment time. •Less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 75% of the scheduled service will be charged. •No-shows: Clients who do not arrive for their appointment or cancel after their scheduled start time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. I understand that true emergencies and illnesses happen. If you’re experiencing an emergency, have a fever, or are contagious, please reach out as soon as possible. These situations will be handled with understanding on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting my time and my small business.
